The Alpha Tek F Series Cutting Machine offers the ultimate solution to a wide variety of cutting widths, lengths and maximum cutting station selections. The F Series machine is a heavy-duty gantry style machine. The machine tracks and rack mounting surfaces are machined in a single set-up to provide the best accuracy during assembly and operation.
Standard AC brushless 1500W Alpha Tek Drive System with precision planetary direct drive gearboxes provide outstanding performance and reliable productivity. Guide/Linear ways on cross axis, along with 2.25 inch (58mm) wide fully machined rails deliver smooth motion and highest quality parts.
The F Series machine comes equipped with standard operator assistance tools, including operator seat/platform, laser pointer for plate alignment and position location finding, plasma station with crash sensor and Job/Part recovery in the event of Power Loss or Cut Loss. F Series machine operating and plasma cutting system can be configured with Hypertherm “True-Hole” ® or Lincoln Electric Ultra Sharp 2.0® cutting technology. In addition, with the purchase of an F Series machine, Alpha Tek provides free phone and remote assistance support for the life of the machine.
